Time To Pet is an easy-to-use online platform designed to simplify your pet care experience. Through the portal, you can schedule services, update your pet’s care details, communicate with our team, and receive updates, including photos and notes from visits.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
Our pet care cancellation policy allows free cancellations if made at least 48 hours in advance; however, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled stay will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost (unless in the case of emergency situations, which would be determined at the discretion of the business).
How and when should payments be made?
Clients can pay via credit/debit card through our Time to Pet portal or in cash. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.
If paying in cash, we offer a 10% discount on the total stay.
Are meet and greets free?
Yes! Meet and Greets are 100% free.
